EsthetixMD Patients,
There is currently a large need in the State of Oregon for P.P.E. (personal protective equipment). St. Charles among many other Oregon hospitals are trying to conserve enough N-95 masks, NIOSH-approved respirators, medical face shields, any type of surgical masks, Nitrile exam gloves, rubbing alcohol, pure aloe vera gel, hand sanitizer, isolation gowns etc. for the next several months during this pandemic by rationing and collecting these items. We have made the decision to temporarily suspend services so we can help towards the conservation and donation of these supplies to keep our community’s healthcare providers healthy while they care for those of our community who are sick.
If anyone does want to help and has any of the above items they would like to donate, they are accepting these items for drop off thru March 27th via donation sites at schools in Bend, Redmond, Sisters and LaPine. You can drop off on weekdays during local school’s free meal programs at specified hours, if you have questions please reach out.,
We are grateful for all of our healthcare providers who are currently at the front lines of this pandemic. We have created a self-care gift (while supplies last) for our clients or patients who are currently working in the front line as emergency workers with COVID-19 patients. Please contact our call center so we can ship these out to you.
EsthetixMD is a committed part of this community for over the last 16 years, and have complete confidence we will all get through this trying time by helping each other. We respect all of the sacrifices that are being made in this community from small businesses like ours, having to make the hard decision to temporarily suspend services as well as all the other essential services some of you are providing.
All 25 of our providers, clinicians and employees appreciate your patience and your support as we have to temporarily suspend our services in order to flatten the curve. In hopes that if we all do so we will be able to get back to what we love to do even sooner. When we reopen our staff is planning on working extra hours to make sure we can get everyone back in when it’s safe to do so! Our call center will remain open from 10am-4pm to take care of any of your scheduling or re-scheduling needs & questions along with our fulfillment center to make sure that you can still get retail skincare, sunscreen or makeup you run out of. We will have a doctor on call in case you need post-op care and the ability to provide you with continuing prescriptive care for your wellness needs.
We appreciate and encourage your ability to continue to shop local and support our local businesses and economy. If you would like to order SkinMedica products, our online store offers FREE 2-day shipping: SkinMedica Online Store. Our website also offers Virtual Consultations online.Currently we are planning on re-starting some services on April 13th, but we will be monitoring updates from our State, CDC, WHO and local authorities and will keep you up to date.
Stay Healthy and Safe from our EsthetixMD family to yours,
