With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and consultant in the medical spa and hospitality industries, Emily brings a wealth of operational insight and leadership to her role as Practice Manager at EsthetixMD. Her journey began after a formative visit to Ten Thousand Waves, a Japanese-style spa in Santa Fe, where she felt called to explore how wellness spaces can care for caregivers.

Emily holds a degree in International Business & Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Denver. Throughout her career, she has consulted for boutique hotels, medical spas, and wellness centers nationwide, while also serving as a Global Spa Consultant with Guidepoint and Strategic Consultant with Atheneum Global.

At EsthetixMD, Emily leads with a “people-first, process-smart” approach. She is committed to cultivating a culture of excellence, ensuring every team member is supported and every client experience is exceptional. Her strengths span strategic branding, team development, vendor negotiation, and streamlining operations.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys yoga, pilates, live music, travel writing, snowboarding, and discovering new dining experiences. Her daily must-haves? Bubbly water, tea in all forms, and her signature turquoise cowboy boots.

Eileen DeOcampo boasts an extensive background in customer service, accumulating over 12 years of professional experience in this field. Her journey commenced as an executive assistant in the fashion industry with Eileen West, learning valuable practices that contributed to enhancing customer loyalty at some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most successful companies.

Throughout her career, Eileen has held influential roles, having managed Customer Service departments at prominent establishments like Williams Sonoma retail catalogs. Her expertise extended to building and developing customer service policies and procedures at esteemed entities such as Club One Fitness Centers and Sweet Potatoes children’s clothing. She also served internal clients as a Funds Administrator at Robertson Stephens and Company Investment Bank.

After a brief hiatus, Eileen re-immersed herself in the realm of customer service within the Aesthetics industry, starting as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Laser Center of Marin. Her journey led her to Bend, where she joined your staff in the fall of 2011. At your spa, Eileen assumes a pivotal role as a calming presence at the forefront. Recognized for her amiable disposition, conflict resolution skills, and unshakable composure, she plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and harmonious environment for clients.

Kelly Jordan, a valued member of EsthetixMD since 2017, boasts a rich background in guest services, having spent over 12 years at a major salon and spa in Dallas-Fort Worth. Her tenure at the salon involved training staff on a software system akin to EsthetixMD’s, contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures, and offering valuable insights garnered from her extensive experience in the beauty industry. Kelly’s proficiency in the field is complemented by her engaging and upbeat demeanor, which naturally resonates with those around her.

Alongside her successful career in guest services, Kelly pursued her passion for the arts and obtained a Bachelor’s degree, which later led to the establishment of her own design consulting business. Her journey encompassed work in two art galleries and other retail operations, demonstrating a multifaceted background that adds unique value to her contributions at EsthetixMD. Kelly’s blend of experience in the beauty industry and her creative pursuits positions her as a well-rounded professional, bringing diverse insights to the team.

Montana became a part of EsthetixMD in early 2020, leveraging over 12 years of expertise in the spa and customer service industry. Her journey included notable experience at 5-star world-class spas in Hawaii, contributing to her exceptional proficiency in client service. Montana’s passion for beauty extends beyond spa services to the realm of interior design. After initially moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue interior design, she encountered Bend in 2016 and immediately felt a connection to the area, eventually leading her to join your office.

At EsthetixMD, Montana thrives on building relationships with clients and finding comfort in familiar faces. Her role allows her to witness the transformation and confidence clients experience after their services. Known for her calm and sincere presence, she excels in making patients feel at ease, fostering a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at the spa.

During her leisure time, Montana delves into her love for culinary arts, often preparing meals for family and friends. She also enjoys attending local concerts and indulging in the diverse offerings of Oregon, from camping and hiking in the mountains to exploring the coast for fishing. Her deep appreciation for Oregon’s offerings reflects her love for nature and her diverse interests beyond the realm of beauty and customer service.
