Julie has been with EsthetixMD since May of 2012. She came to the spa with 12 years of office manager experience in both private and government offices. For EsthetixMD, she manages all things operational including scheduling, payroll, procurement, clerical oversight and training. She also keeps our team current on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing professional publications. Julie insures that our Doctors, Nurses and Estheticians are up to date with First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR and AED certifications and continuing education. She enjoys the preparing and planning our many events throughout the year and has developed great relationships with many of the business partners that continue to make EsthetixMD a success.
Eileen de Ocampo has over 12 years of experience as a customer service professional. She got her start as executive assistant in the fashion industry with Eileen West and built her career learning the practices that have helped boost customer loyalty at some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most successful companies. Eileen has managed Customer Service departments at Williams Sonoma retail catalogs, built and developed customer service department policy and procedure at Club One Fitness Centers and Sweet Potatoes children’s clothing, and served internal clients as a Funds Administrator at Robertson Stephens and Company Investment Bank.
After an eight-year hiatus to start a family, Eileen returned to customer service in the Aesthetics industry as a Patient Care Coordinator with the Laser Center of Marin before moving to Bend and joining our staff in the fall of 2011. Eileen provides a calming presence at the front line of our spa. She is known for her pleasant disposition, ability to resolve conflict and unflappable nature.
Advanced Esthetician and Front Desk
