Kela has been with EsthetixMD since 2012. Starting with a Reception position, she has since gone on to get her License in Basic and Advanced Esthetics, and is now in Management for Front Desk operations on scheduling, billing, marketing, event planning and on-site day-to-day operations.

  Kela has been an integral part of EsthetixMD since 2012, starting in a reception role. Over the years, through dedicated training within our establishment, she acquired licenses in Basic and Advanced Esthetics in 2017. Presently, Kela excels in a managerial capacity, overseeing practice operations, managing marketing endeavors, orchestrating events, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. 

  Committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in the aesthetic field, she regularly attends advanced training sessions to augment her technical knowledge.

  With certifications in CoolSculpting and Laser Procedures, coupled with a fervent passion for skin health, Kela stands as a valuable resource for our patients, offering comprehensive insights into product knowledge and various treatments. Her enthusiasm for the creative and technical facets of marketing and event planning shines through, complementing her dedication to educating and sharing insights on skincare and procedures.

  Although predominantly involved in the operational and creative aspects, Kela finds gratification in being involved in every facet of EsthetixMD’s processes. Witnessing the positive impact of our recommendations on patients’ skin and confidence stands out as one of the most fulfilling aspects of her role.

  Outside of work, Kela’s pursuits often involve travel and reading, combining her love for exploration with the world of books, reflecting her passion for continuous learning and discovery.

Eileen DeOcampo

Lead Receptionist

Eileen DeOcampo has over 12 years of experience as a customer service professional. She got her start as an executive assistant in the fashion industry with Eileen West and built her career learning the practices that have helped boost customer loyalty at some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most successful companies.

Her expertise extended to building and developing customer service policies and procedures at esteemed entities such as Club One Fitness Centers and Sweet Potatoes children’s clothing. She also served internal clients as a Funds Administrator at Robertson Stephens and Company Investment Bank.

  After a brief hiatus, Eileen re-immersed herself in the realm of customer service within the Aesthetics industry, starting as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Laser Center of Marin. Her journey led her to Bend, where she joined your staff in the fall of 2011. At your spa, Eileen assumes a pivotal role as a calming presence at the forefront. Recognized for her amiable disposition, conflict resolution skills, and unshakable composure, she plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and harmonious environment for clients.

Kelly Jordan, who joined EsthetixMD in 2017, worked over 12 years in guest services at a large salon and spa in Dallas, Fort Worth. She trained staff on the same software system as EsthetixMD, helped develop customer service policies and procedures, and brings valued knowledge from her experience in the beauty industry. She is a seasoned professional with an upbeat, friendly demeanor that is contagious.

Angela Evans began her professional journey with a Bachelors of General Science at Indiana University in 1995. Ten years ago she began her journey in esthetics, first with basic esthetics and then expanding into Lasers.

Montana Lyon

Montana joined EsthetixMD in early 2020. She brings with her over 12 years of experience in the spa and customer service industry, including experience at 5-star world class spas in Hawaii. Montana’s passion for beauty extends to interior design, and after moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue interior design, she visited Bend in 2016 and fell in love with the area.
