Kela Covey

Practice Administrative Manager & Marketing Manager

Kela has been with EsthetixMD since 2012. Starting with a Reception position, she has since gone on to get her License in Basic and Advanced Esthetics, and is now in Management for Front Desk operations on scheduling, billing, marketing, event planning and on-site day-to-day operations.

  She continues to keep up on technical knowledge by attending advanced trainings and continuing education in the aesthetic field. With Certifications in CoolSculpting, Laser Procedures and a passion for skin health, she is a wonderful resource for our patients on product and treatment knowledge. She enjoys the many creative technical aspects of marketing and event planning as well as sharing and educating on skin care, and procedures. While mostly behind the scenes, thinking up new ideas and creating, she enjoys all aspects and truly loves being a part of every step of the process at EsthetixMD. One of the most gratifying and fulfilling aspects is getting feedback from patients on how our recommendations have changed their skin & increased their confidence! When she isn’t working, you can be assured she is off somewhere traveling or reading (most likely both).

Eileen DeOcampo

Lead Receptionist

Eileen DeOcampo has over 12 years of experience as a customer service professional. She got her start as an executive assistant in the fashion industry with Eileen West and built her career learning the practices that have helped boost customer loyalty at some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most successful companies.

  Eileen has managed Customer Service departments at Williams Sonoma retail catalogs, built and developed customer service department policy and procedure at Club One Fitness Centers and Sweet Potatoes children’s clothing, and served internal clients as a Funds Administrator at Robertson Stephens and Company Investment Bank. After an eight-year hiatus to start a family, Eileen returned to customer service in the Aesthetics industry as a Patient Care Coordinator with the Laser Center of Marin before moving to Bend and joining our staff in the fall of 2011. Eileen provides a calming presence at the front line of our spa. She is known for her pleasant disposition, ability to resolve conflict and unflappable nature.

Kelly Jordan

Receptionist

Kelly Jordan, who joined EsthetixMD in 2017, worked over 12 years in guest services at a large salon and spa in Dallas, Fort Worth. She trained staff on the same software system as EsthetixMD, helped develop customer service policies and procedures, and brings valued knowledge from her experience in the beauty industry. She is a seasoned professional with an upbeat, friendly demeanor that is contagious.

  Kelly earned a Bachelor in arts degree, leading to her own design consulting business after work in two art galleries and other retail operations. She and her husband moved from Texas in 2014 to be near family and enjoy the outdoor activities of Central Oregon and Bend lifestyle. Kelly has volunteered for several local non- profit organizations and enjoys activities with friends – crafts, book clubs, game nights, and cooking – and loves spending time with family and her miniature schnauzer, Harper.

Angela Lindseth

Assistant Operations Manager

Angela Lindseth began her professional journey with a Bachelors of General Science at Indiana University in 1995. Ten years ago she began her journey in esthetics, first with basic esthetics and then expanding into Lasers.

  In 2010 she graduated from the National Laser Institute. Having over a decade of experience in the esthetic industry, Angela is familiar with the wonderful products and services we offer at EsthetixMD. She believes that true skin care comes from a balance of quality products, committed routine of maintenance with intentional services and a healthy lifestyle. She has lived in Bend, Oregon for 25 years. In her spare time, Angela enjoys hiking with her two small dogs, gardening and biking with her son.

Montana Lyon

Montana joined EsthetixMD in early 2020. She brings with her over 12 years of experience in the spa and customer service industry, including experience at 5-star world class spas in Hawaii. Montana’s passion for beauty extends to interior design, and after moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue interior design, she visited Bend in 2016 and fell in love with the area.

  At our office, Montana loves forming relationships with clients and seeing familiar faces. Her favorite part about her position at EsthetixMD is seeing how beautiful and confident clients feel after having services done. She is known for making our patients feel at ease with her calm and genuine presence. In her free time, you can find her cooking for family and friends, catching a local concert and enjoying everything Oregon has to offer including camping, hiking and fishing from the mountains to the ocean.

Alex Ernie

Remote Assistant Administrator, Call Center, CAE

Alex, who became a part of our team in 2022, brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in customer service and administration to our organization. His extensive background in these areas adds valuable expertise, enhancing our team's capabilities in managing administrative tasks and delivering exceptional customer service.

Kersey Norton

Patient Care Coordinator

Kersey Norton is a cherished member of the EsthetixMD team, serving as one of our dedicated Patient Care Coordinators. Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Kersey brings a wealth of local knowledge and a welcoming presence to our front desk, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each guest who enters our award -winning medical spa.

  With a background that combines rigorous customer service experience and academic training in computer systems, photography, Photoshop, and videography, Kersey is not only tech-savvy but also exceptionally detail-oriented. Her expertise extends beyond administrative duties; she is passionate about medical-grade skincare and mineral makeup, offering insightful advice to patients looking to enhance their beauty routines.
