Is Juvéderm Ultra painful?
At EsthetixMD, we apply topical numbing cream to the treatment area before Juvéderm Ultra treatment. The dermal filler also contains lidocaine. This is to ensure that our patients are comfortable during their visit, so treatment should not be painful. Patient’s pain tolerances vary so we also offer Pro-Nox for those with anxiety about procedures.
Who is the ideal candidate for Juvéderm Ultra?
Ideal Juvéderm Ultra candidates will be 21 years or older and looking to address moderate to several facial wrinkles or volume loss.
