If we determine that Clear + Brilliant is right for you, treatment may involve applying a numbing topical for your utmost comfort.

Generally, this FDA-cleared technology is so well-tolerated that all skin types and tones can safely undergo treatment without the risk and downtime of wounding technologies or invasive surgical procedures. A specialized handpiece delivers the fractionated laser energy to the trouble spots and areas.

Built-in features allow us to assure that the energy is delivered precisely and uniformly to the treatment zones. At our office in Bend Clear + Brilliant may also be administered to increase skin care products’ effectiveness by enhancing the skin’s ability to absorb these topicals. Application of the laser takes around 20 to 40 minutes, with each treatment session requiring about 60 minutes. So, it’s an actual lunchtime procedure!

    In the hands of skilled Certified Advanced Estheticians and Providers, the Clear + Brilliant fractional laser device is directed toward the treatment area. The produced energy is delivered to promote a process of resurfacing; the damaged skin is replaced with fresh and new tissue.

  • What Is Fractional Laser Resurfacing?

    Fractional lasers create microscopic treatment zones. So, instead of the tissue being treated all at once, the tissue is divided into tiny areas. A fraction of skin is treated at a time.

    Yes! Solta Medical achieved FDA clearance for the Clear + Brilliant system several years ago, in 2011.   • Is Treatment Painful?

    No. For starters, the system is non-invasive. No cutting. No needles. For utmost comfort, we may apply a numbing product before the application of the laser and use a zimmer for cold air throughout the procedure.

  • What Are The Side Effects?

    Minor and temporary. You may notice some red discoloration, tenderness, swelling, itching, pimples, or white dots (milia) post-treatment. Again, these conditions should resolve in a couple of days.

  • What Can I Expect From Treatment?

  • How Long is Each Treatment?

    Yes! The actual application of the laser only takes about 20 to 40 minutes. The entire treatment may only require about 60 minutes.

  • How Many Treatment Sessions Are Necessary To Get Results?

    It is very patient-specific. Generally, patients may get the improvement that they desire within around four to six treatment sessions. That depends on the nature and severity of your concerns and your goals, and expected progress. Some patients may choose to make this a routine part of their skin care regimen.

  • What Recovery Is Involved?
