We strive to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please read and respect the following policies, so we can provide prompt, undivided attention to each client.
Appointments & Cancellations
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so prevents other clients from booking that time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
- No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
- One-Time Courtesy: At the practice’s discretion, we may waive the cancellation or no-show fee once as a courtesy. This waiver will be documented in the patient’s record. After this first occurrence, all subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee.
- Credit Card Requirement: All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file. We may require a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to scheduling future appointments.
Arrival Time
Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled treatment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a call to let us know of your delay. In order to respect all our clients’ schedules, we must conclude services at the scheduled time.
Payment
EsthetixMD accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and cash. Full payment is required at the time of service. We also offer CareCredit.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy, cell phones and pagers must be used outside the spa.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be tracked if lost. Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Internet Sales
Proper use of the products we carry is very important to us. We strongly recommend making an appointment for a skin care analysis prior to buying a product online for the first time. We ship products throughout the United States.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you finance your health, beauty and wellness expenses. Benefits:
