Thank you for choosing EsthetixMD, formerly Exhale Spa and Laser Center. We’re happy you’ve chosen us to serve you, and we appreciate your business. We strive to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please read and respect the following policies, so we can provide prompt, undivided attention to each client.
Appointments & Cancellations
After you’ve made an appointment, you’ll be given a reminder call 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reserved time. This allows us to fill that time slot with another client.
Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled treatment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a call to let us know of your delay. In order to respect all our clients’ schedules, we must conclude services at the scheduled time.
EsthetixMD accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and cash. Full payment is required at the time of service. We also offer CareCredit.
As a courtesy, cell phones and pagers must be used outside the spa.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be tracked if lost. Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Proper use of the products we carry is very important to us. We strongly recommend making an appointment for a skin care analysis prior to buying a product online for the first time. We ship products throughout the United States.
