Thank you for choosing EsthetixMD, formerly Exhale Spa and Laser Center. We’re happy you’ve chosen us to serve you, and we appreciate your business. We strive to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please read and respect the following policies, so we can provide prompt, undivided attention to each client.
Appointments & Cancellations
We value your time and ours — to ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy applies to all services, including consultations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee
No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged a $100 fee
To make any changes to your appointment, please contact us directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care and maintain our schedule.
Arrival Time
Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled treatment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a call to let us know of your delay. In order to respect all our clients’ schedules, we must conclude services at the scheduled time.
Payment
EsthetixMD accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and cash. Full payment is required at the time of service. We also offer CareCredit.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy, cell phones and pagers must be used outside the spa.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be tracked if lost. Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Internet Sales
Proper use of the products we carry is very important to us. We strongly recommend making an appointment for a skin care analysis prior to buying a product online for the first time. We ship products throughout the United States.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you finance your health, beauty and wellness expenses. Benefits:
