We are happy to announce we are reopened and are accepting pre-booked appointments for ALL procedures. We have temporarily expanded our hours by appointment only. 7 days a week for services or retail to drastically reduce our schedule to allow for social distancing.

- Fill your online forms via Patient Portal all paperwork must be completed prior to appointment.
- For a touchless checkout we are asking for a credit card on file prior to appointment
- When you arrive please use virtual check-in for appointments from your car call (541) 303-9155
- Wear your own mask to your appointment, post procedure we will provide you with a surgical mask to leave with.
- Observe social distancing outside of the treatment rooms and wear a mask.
- Follow directions on posted signs. Services enter thru back door facing parking lot and exit thru front door.
- We have provided a handwashing station before you enter the building, you and our staff will have your temperature taken (any temps over 100.3 will be rescheduled) prior to being admitted. Be mindful not to overheat in your vehicle prior to check in.
- Do not bring any guests or children with you.
- Reschedule if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath or have been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. You will be asked these questions both during our confirmation call and in person.
- We perform thorough cleaning and sanitation between each client service. All common areas are cleaned hourly and at closing. We are used to providing a high level of safety and sanitation but are taking extra measures during this time.
- EsthetixMD has an ample supply of personal protective equipment. All providers will be wearing masks, safety glasses, gloves, and for some procedures face shields and protective gowns. We also offer a bacterial/viral filter as an add on for certain procedures. Additionally, we have procured appropriate testing capability for your appointment, we have acquired a protective shield which can be made available to you by request. This shield can be used as an additional barrier between you and your provider when you are getting a facial service and are without a mask. Be sure to reserve this upon booking.
